Forms, now in the Motus App!
Imagine if you could manage your entire Motus account in the mobile app. Well, now you can! With our latest release, Motus users can complete their required forms in the mobile app – from anywhere.
Users can take a picture and upload their insurance, manage their direct deposit information, and update their business vehicle information in the Motus App without a computer.
Why did we add forms to the Motus App?
One of the biggest pain-points for our new users was completing forms during onboarding. Before, you had to complete your forms and manage your account online but use the Motus App to track your mileage. Now, users can do everything within the app – meaning greater flexibility and transparency into your compliance. A total mobile experience built for the mobile workforce.
How does this help our customers?
For our customers, this creates a seamless experience for your employees. During onboarding, they’ll be reminded in the app to complete their required forms within 30 days of their start date or within 30 days of their company’s renewal date with Motus. If they have all of their information in front of them, it can be done in a matter of minutes.
It also helps boost overall compliance and enforce your company policies. If employees are out of compliance for company policy or IRS guidelines, the app will remind them and tell them how to fix it.
How does Motus protect my information?
Securely verifying bank information is extremely important to our users. All documents that are added or uploaded use top-of-the-line encryption technology to ensure their private information stays private.
How do you get started?
It’s simple – just update your app to the latest version, open the app, and tap the menu icon in the top-left corner. You’ll see Required Forms. If you have anything missing, a red exclamation icon will display next to it.
