Product Development and Market Expansion Position Mobile Workforce Solutions Leader Among North America’s Fastest Growing Tech Companies

BOSTON, Mass., November 17, 2021 – Motus, the definitive leader in mobile workforce solutions, was today named to its third consecutive Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ list. Now in its 27th year, the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 provides a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America. Motus earned the distinction after generating a three-year revenue growth of 450%, which placed it at No. 288 on the 2021 list.

“We are proud to be recognized as one of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 for the third consecutive year, as it is a testament to our team’s dedication to innovation and supporting the mobile workforce during a time of unprecedented disruption,” said Craig Powell, CEO of Motus. “We are passionate about working forward and providing essential business services that support the future of work. Our sustained growth has placed us among some of the most elite organizations in North America and further validates the value of the Motus platform.”

As part of its unwavering commitment to mobile workers, Motus introduced three revolutionary solutions over the course of 2020 that expanded its reimbursement offerings to include mobile devices and remote work. WorkAnywhere Reimbursement, Motus Device, and Arriver Services not only helped the U.S. workforce navigate the pandemic-related uncertainties, but it also enabled Motus to grow its customer base by nearly 10% and maintain a 94% customer retention rate. The company now serves over 280,000 end-users and 2,300 customers, including Papa John’s International Inc., Coca-Cola Bottling Co., United Airlines Holdings, and Kellogg Co.

“Each year the Technology Fast 500 shines a light on leading innovators in technology and this year is no exception,” said Paul Silverglate, vice chair, Deloitte LLP and U.S. technology sector leader. “In the face of innumerable challenges resulting from the pandemic, the best and brightest were able to pivot, reinvent and transform and grow. We celebrate the winning organizations and especially the talented employees driving their success.”

The inclusion on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 quickly follows the announcement that Permira and Thoma Bravo have signed an agreement to make a significant strategic investment in Motus to enable organizations to further empower their employees to work more flexibly than ever before.
